14k gold fill does not discolour - you can wear it almost all the time, even in the shower.

Gold fill has a thicker layer of gold than gold plated or gold vermeil jewellery, and wears and lasts like solid gold if cared for properly.  To maintain the best quality, keep out of pools, hot tubs and ocean water.

All our jewellery is 1/20 14k gold by weight and meets Canadian and U.S. standards for gold-filled jewellery.
